Bad Neighbors project is for anyone located within Daytona Park Estates that has ever been reported to the Volusia County Code Enforcement for a violation(s). This is an effort to help curb bad neighbor behavior by outing the bad actors within Daytona Park Estates. Due to Volusia County's policy change the Bad Neighbors have to disclose their name when filing a complaint. They can no longer hide behind the Anonymous moniker.

This is how the project works: using the email address below send your Name and Address. We will check your address on the Volusia County Connect Live website. All Code violations will appear under your address. We will download the violation and crop it down until only the complainants name is visible. Then we will display ALL of there information and NONE of yours. DPE residents can check here for any troublemakers in their area.

If you have recently purchased a house listed on this page, please send us an email and we will check it against the public records. If it checks out, we will remove the property from the known Bad Neighbors page.
