Flock cameras capture vehicle details including license plate numbers, state of issue, make, model, color, and unique identifying features like roof racks, bumper stickers, dents, and trailers. They record passing traffic to build a searchable vehicle database.
One of the biggest problems is that currently, police officers are the ones deciding who and when to search FLOCK's massive database. That 4th Amendment breach should only be authorized by a judge issuing a valid warrant.
