Flock cameras capture vehicle details including license plate numbers, state of issue, make, model, color, and unique identifying features like roof racks, bumper stickers, dents, or trailers. They record passing traffic to build a searchable vehicle database.
The problem is that police officers are the ones deciding who and when to search, and that should be done by judges with valid warrants.
